Art of the Cocktail : Holiday Edition

Join us at Tonic and learn how to make a pair of holiday cocktails with Cris Morales, our  Lead Bartender! He will be sharing his drink making philosophy as well as some tips of  the trades to mix a perfectly balanced cocktail. You will leave with a kit stocked with  garnishes and our house made syrups, to prepare each of the drinks in your own home. 

We will be serving seasonally inspired appetizers to pair with the cocktails, as well as  setting up a spread for people to mingle after the show. Expect traditional snacks with a  twist, prepared by Emerson Ross, our chef.  

Doors open at 6:30 pm and you will be welcomed with a wintry spritz. The seated event  starts at 7:00 p.m and will run until around 9:00 p.m.  Doors remain open until 10 pm with time to sip, snack, and be merry.

Seated is limited, so purchase your tickets early!

Christmas Eve Dim Sum

We love to celebrate the season, and a traditional non-traditional meal for many people on Christmas Day is Chinese dim sum. While many places close their doors, we will be open with a nod to this holiday tradition. Expect different dumpling dishes from cultures around the world: a Kropkakka, a Swedish potato dumpling, Kholodets, a Russian chicken dumpling, and Southern-style “dolmas”.

We will have our usual menu available as well, for those of you craving your favorite Tonic dish.
